Snoring is not only a sign of sleep apnea but also insomnia – which is one of the symptoms of sleep apnea. People with this condition will have trouble falling asleep and will also have a hard time staying asleep. When you wake up in the morning you will feel like you did not get any sleep. This will affect your daily life and make it hard for you to function. The majority of adults need between seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
